McCreary, who has ridden dirt bikes since he was a young kid, says that he initially asked his parents if he could compete in motocross racing, but as a family they decided on micro sprint car racing instead. This is his first year racing competitively and is already poised to win Rookie of the Year. McCreary says his goal would be to eventually move on to sprint car racing and ultimately make a career for himself as an IndyCar or NASCAR professional driver.
'It takes someone who does not give up easily," McCreary answered when asked what kind of person it takes to be a successful racer. "Racing will test you. It will challenge you mentally and frustrate you, but when you win, all of your hard work is worth it."
Congratulations Caden and best of luck this year on the track. Keep up with McCreary Racing on Facebook at www.facebook.com/mccrearyracing11.
